Peter Happe

Head of Process Transformation

Peter Happe serves as a member of the North America Leadership Team as the Head of Process Transformation for North America. 

Based in St. Louis, he leads the development, redesign, and simplification of all key North America CS Commercial, Product Supply & Finance end-to-end processes for our organization.  

Peter’s career at Bayer began in 1986, and since, he has held various local, regional, and global finance positions. He has served as the Global Finance Business Partner for Vegetable Seeds since 2019. Prior to that he was the Finance Business Partner for the Commercial Operations North America and a Financial Lead for the Bayer/Monsanto integration.

Additionally, Peter has served as Head of Controlling & Business Services for Environmental Science North America, Head of Controlling USA of Environmental Science Consumer Products, and various IT and Finance positions in Bayer’s Global headquarters. Peter holds a Business degree from the VWA Wuppertal, Germany, and he lives in St. Louis. In his free time Peter enjoys cooking and working out.
