Soybean Business Lead
Kacy Perry serves as the North America Soybean Business Lead for the Crop Science division of Bayer and has been with Bayer for the entirety of her career.
Kacy joined the company in 2009 as a Field Sales Representative in Illinois. She and her family then relocated to the St. Louis area where she has held various roles of increasing responsibility in marketing, product management, and sales, including leading the portfolio and pricing strategy for all U.S. corn brands. Most recently, Kacy led a critical initiative as the Brand Strategy Lead, guiding the evolution and execution of the Channel Seed Professional Strategy in the U.S. business.
Kacy grew up on a farm in Windsor, Illinois and graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Agricultural Economics. She has earned her Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University and her MBA from Indiana University. Kacy is a passionate advocate for agricultural education and the National FFA Organization.
Kacy and her husband Zack reside in Wentzville, MO with their young daughter Charlie Mae. She enjoys cheering on the Holt high school football team where her husband is an assistant coach and spending time outside with her family.
