Brian Naber
President, Crop Science North America & Australia/ New Zealand Region
Brian Naber serves as President for the North America and Australia / New Zealand Region for Bayer’s Crop Science division and is a member of the Global Executive Leadership Team. Previously, Brian was Head of the Asia Pacific Region for Bayer Crop Science where he was responsible for leading the company’s agricultural business in the region to deliver value for customers.
Brian first joined the company in 1998 as a U.S. sales representative and since that time has held leadership positions all over the world including Head of Global Asset Management for Insecticides based out of Germany, Cluster Commercial Lead for Northern Europe based out of the Netherlands, and multiple U.S. based roles spanning across functions and products including Vice President and U.S. Row Crops Commercial Operations Lead, Global Marketing & Product Management Lead for Vegetables, U.S. Soybean Product Management Lead, and U.S. Corn Product Management Lead.
Brian comes from a family of farmers and is passionate about providing tools and solutions that positively improve lives and livelihoods for farmers around the world. Outside of work, Brian is a proud father of two young children and together with his wife, manage a small farm of their own.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness Management from Southwest Minnesota State University and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Louis University.
