North America Australia New Zealand Agronomic Service Lead
Harp Mann supports the NA ANZ Agronomic Services Team based in Calgary, Alberta. The Agronomic Services Team is a technical team providing expertise and services to Customer and Product teams, enabling technical data and portfolio positioning insights to help deliver the right products today and support the launch of products, systems and solutions that meet the needs of our customers into the future.
Harp began his career with Monsanto in 2011 as Assistant Canola Breeder and has since held roles within the organization as Canola Breeder, Canola Breeding lead, Regional Breeding lead for Northern Region, Product Manager for Canadian glyphosate and selective herbicide portfolio, and most recently as Head of Market Development for Canada.
Harp holds a Masters and Ph.D. in Plant Biology from University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and is passionate about science and agriculture and building solutions for profitable and sustainable agricultural production. In his spare time Harp enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and travelling with his family.
