Gwyn Schramm

Head of North America Human Resources

Gwyn Schramm leads the North America Human Resources and Talent in Bayer Crop Science North America.

Since beginning her Bayer career in 2000, Gwyn has cultivated a breadth of global professional experiences in row crops, digital agriculture, vegetables, and animal agriculture in the functional areas of sales, account management, operations, business development, and agronomy services. Prior to joining Bayer, Gwyn was a crop protection sales representative for DuPont and American Cyanamid in the USA.

Gwyn earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Economics from the University of Illinois, an Executive MBA from Northern Illinois University, and is completing her PhD in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is an active board member of Agriculture Future of America, Morningside University advisory council, American Seed Trade Association, and Agriculture Retailers of America and a volunteer and mentor in youth organizations.

Originally from Illinois, Gwyn and her husband, David, own and operate a grain and livestock farm in northwest Iowa where they raised their sons.
