Stephanie Dahl

Business Enablement Lead

Stephanie Dahl serves as Business Enablement Lead for the North America and Australia New Zealand Region for the Crop Science division of Bayer. Previously, Stephanie was Head of Product Supply Finance for Bayer Consumer Health in Basel, Switzerland where she was responsible for leading and steering all planning, reporting, and financial activities for Cost of Goods Sold, Capital Investments and Inventories for the division globally. ​

Stephanie joined the company in 2006 in the accounting department and since that time has held various positions in Commercial Finance and Product Supply Finance.  She has served as the Finance Business Partner for the U.S. National Brands Coastal Sales, Cotton Product Management, Corn States Licensing, and NA Product Supply organizations. She also worked in controlling at the Bayer crop protection manufacturing site in Luling, Louisiana and served as Global Credit Risk Manager.   ​

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband Brandon and two children Owen (14) and Clara (12). She also enjoys running, cooking, and reading. Stephanie and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, with a minor in Mathematics, from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Texas at Austin.
