Lisa Flynn
Head of North American Transformation, Change, and Culture
Lisa Flynn serves as a member of the North America Leadership Team as the head of North American Transformation, Change, and Culture within the Crop Science division of Bayer.
Based in St. Louis, Missouri, she and her team will lead the North America Transformation and Change efforts with the goal of helping to create a culture in North America Crop Science that will actively engage and inspire our colleagues in the transformation while aligning our efforts and ensuring we deliver on our transformation priorities.
Lisa is a veteran of Crop Science and is a proven leader in helping organizations create and implement change and transformation efforts at scale while fostering a winning culture.
During her tenure in Crop Science, Lisa has led complex business transformations and culture efforts across multiple areas, including most recently in VS and ES. At integration, Lisa was also a member of the Culture and Change team which brought both legacy organizations together as one and has deep business experience across multiple segments including Commercial, R&D and Crop Protection among others.
Raised in Perryville, MO in Southest MO, Lisa has a passion for working in agriculture and with people. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri.
Lisa and her sons Dillon and Aidan live in St Louis, Missouri and in her free time Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and being outdoors/boating.
