Three divisions: Crop Science, Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Health.

Crop Science Division: handles the businesses in the agricultural industry, offering a broad range of innovative chemical and biological products for improving plant health, along with high-value seeds. We are driven to help farmers, both big and small, meet the food, feed and fiber demands of a growing world, while preserving our planet’s limited resources for generations to come. Our portfolio includes high quality seeds, cutting edge chemical and biological crop protection, digital insights and agronomic services, and non-agricultural pest control tailored to local needs.

Pharmaceuticals Division: handles the human health segment of our business for prescription medicine only. With our products, we offer solutions to address the increasing challenges posed by a growing and aging population and the demand for innovative medicines. We research, develop and market innovative medicines especially in the therapeutic areas of cardiology, oncology, gynecology, hematology and ophthalmology. In this way we are seeking to contribute to medical progress and meet the growing requirements of patients, physicians and regulatory agencies.

Consumer Health Division: handles the self-care segment of our comprehensive healthcare business. We provide consumers with the tools, knowledge and resources to help them effectively practice health care through the use of over-the-counter medicines, nutritional supplements and other self-care solutions. Through a strong focus and brand building in core categories like analgesics, nutritionals, dermatology, cough and cold, allergy and digestive health, we enable our consumers to take better care of their health and well-being and thus improve their lives and the lives of those they love.
