In today's challenging times, the prevalence of mental health issues is increasing both in and out of the workplace. Our Mental Health Toolbox offers a range of training programs designed to meet different needs and promote mental wellbeing. 

Our Employee Assistance Program provides vital support to employees and their families facing mental health challenges. Services include confidential telephone helplines and online resources for issues such as relationship difficulties, financial stress, anxiety and more, ensuring comprehensive support in dealing with life's challenges.

This resource provides guidance, tools and strategies for our leaders to cultivate a caring and healthy work environment. It empowers leaders to support the health and well-being of their teams while fostering a culture of wellness throughout the organization.

A network of advocates committed to promoting employee health initiatives across Bayer. With more than 200 trained champions in 36 countries and all business units, they use their passion and expertise to promote wellness in their communities. One outstanding offering is the popular "How is MY Energy" course, which is available online or in person and provides valuable strategies for boosting and maintaining energy levels.

A self-organized group of Bayer employees, including mindfulness coaches, is committed to integrating mindfulness into Bayer's transformation. With over 1,300 global members, the community fosters well-being, creativity, and trust, enhancing workplace engagement. Weekly mindfulness practices led by internal practitioners across all time zones are complemented by nutrition initiatives that encourage mindful food choices.

At Bayer, nutrition, nutritional education and healthy food are key components of our health strategy for employees. Our comprehensive offer includes a balanced, healthy diet, numerous courses on nutrition and healthy eating. We want to make it easy for you to stick to your good resolutions and to ensure that the menu in your staff restaurant offers what you’d like to eat.

  • Kantina Vital: The Bayer Campus in Germany focuses on sustainability and reducing food waste. "Kantina vital" provides balanced meals based on German Nutrition Society guidelines.
     
  • BeWell options: Our cafes in the USA feature wellness programs with menu items that meet nutritional guidelines, daily BeWell options, and resources like the MyFitnessPal app for tracking nutrition.
