We have recently improved our Self-Service Portal, please enter your email and barcode/invoice details to know your Invoice/Payment Status.

 

Bayer provides a simplified process to check invoice receipt and payment date and you will receive an update within 15 minutes. You no longer have to send e-mails or submit a ticket. By entering your invoice details in the form below, you will receive an e-mail with the status of your invoice. For invoices submitted today, please check the status after 24 hours.

 

As we implement a new invoicing tool (SmartPay powered by Esker) that offers an Invoice Portal at no additional charge to check your invoice status in real time, please follow these instructions:

  • If your country has already undergone the implementation and you have received logging instructions, access the Bayer Invoice Portal web: Go.bayer.com/invoiceportal.
  • If you need to request a profile creation to the Bayer Invoice Portal, please access this link.
