The company operates as a country group encompassing 16 entities. In addition, Bayer has established legal entities and representations in Cyprus, Egypt, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia. In other parts of the Middle East, Bayer's products are distributed through third-party agencies and partners, ensuring broad access to its offerings across the region.
