Ahead of the 2019 EU elections, we are pleased to share our vision for addressing the growing requirements of patients, physicians, healthcare payers and regulatory agencies in Europe. Laid out in the Bayer Pharmaceuticals Manifesto, our vision explores fostering a pro-innovation environment in order to contribute to a healthier future for Europe.
To help realize these goals, the Bayer manifesto calls on EU policymakers to:

- Strive towards regulatory excellence by fast-tracking breakthrough therapies
- Pool EU resources to win the fight against cancer
- Accelerate patient access to innovative medicines in Europe
- Advance digital health
