Dividend policy to be amended in order to reduce debt
Bayer AG plans to amend its dividend policy to pay out the legally required minimum for three years to reduce debt. Therefore, at the Annual General Meeting on April 26, 2024, the shareholders voted with 99.29% in favor to approve a dividend of €0.11 per share for 2023 (previous year: €2.40 per share).
