The integrated Annual Report combines our financial reporting and our nonfinancial statement, which contains all material sustainability information required by commercial law. Our aim is to elucidate the interactions between financial, ecological and societal factors and underline their influence on our company’s long-term success.

On Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 7:30 a.m. CET, Bayer’s Annual Report 2024 will be published here.
Bayer’s forthcoming integrated Annual Report will provide deep insights into the company’s performance in fiscal year 2024. Alongside current key data relating to Bayer’s sales, earnings and financial position, the report will contain the company’s annual financial statements including the statement of financial position and information concerning the profit and strategy of Bayer, the Pharmaceuticals, Crop Science and Consumer Health.
We will additionally provide information about Bayer’s completed and ongoing research projects and about our innovations and alliances in the areas of healthcare and agriculture.
