If you are a new graduate with a degree in healthcare-related sciences, consider applying for a role as a Product Specialist at Bayer. You will be tasked with organising appointments and events with our customers (including doctors, pharmacists, hospital teams) to build relationships and inform them about our products. The role also involves monitoring inventory, ensuring product availability, and creative effective sales strategies. It’s the ideal role for a new graduate entering the industry.
Bayer is also recruiting talented Saudi nationals with at least one year of experience in pharmaceutical sales to join our team as Medical Representatives. You will be a key link between Bayer and healthcare professionals, developing strong relationships to help them identify customers that will benefit from the use of products. You’ll communicate the benefits of the product, monitor customer lists and sales, share market feedback and achieve pre-determined sales objectives, all while reporting to your district manager.
