These efforts include recruitment strategies for underrepresented talent through partnerships with organizations such as LAGRANT and MANRRs as well as HBCUs. Additionally, Bayer’s nine Business Resource Groups provide meaningful insights and help drive business strategy, while providing leadership development programs, and training for employees to understand the importance of cultivating diverse perspectives.
