Senior Vice President and Head U.S. Project Sunrise

TraceyTracey was named Head of Project Sunrise in August, 2020. In this role, she leads the effort in the U.S. focused on enabling and continuing safe operations during the pandemic as well as leading the design, development and planning of Bayer U.S. “new normal” workplace and operations in the future.

Prior to this, Tracey was appointed to Senior Vice President in May, 2018 with responsibility for North America Product Supply within the Crop Science division of Bayer. In this position, she directed end-to-end supply chain strategy for row crops and crop protection formulation, filling, and packaging business units in the U.S. and Canada.

She joined Monsanto Company in 1997 and was leading North America Supply Chain when Monsanto was acquired by Bayer in 2018. In her 21 years at Monsanto, she held multiple leadership roles in strategy and operations and her breadth of experience includes Global Supply Chain Strategy and Operations; Transgenic Sciences in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology in Regulatory Science; Regulatory Strategy and U.S. Regulatory Affairs.

Tracey holds a B.S. degree in Biology from Truman State University.

Tracey lives in St. Louis with her husband Mike, daughter Allison, and son Ben.
