Ildem Bozkurt

Head of US Strategic Accounts and Licensing

Ildem Bozkurt leads U.S. Strategic Accounts and Licensing. With this position, Ildem is a member of the North America Leadership Team (NALT). 

Previously, Ildem served as Head of Vegetable Seeds Commercial Operations EMEA/APAC.

Ildem is an experienced and passionate people leader with nearly 30 years of U.S. and international experience in global portfolio management and product development in non-ag markets, global strategic account management, third-party licensing, adjacent market business development and introduction of digitally enabled business models to core businesses. She has served on boards of several industry associations.

Ildem holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and speaks English, Turkish and French. She has spent most of her professional life in Europe and the United States.

Coming from a family who owned citrus and olive farms in Cyprus, Ildem enjoys cooking, especially Mediterranean cuisine.  Ildem lives in St. Louis with her husband and son.
