Reporting medical side effects or adverse events If you want to report an adverse side-effect or quality complaint, please contact your healthcare professional (e.g. physician or pharmacist) or your local health authority. You are encouraged to report negative side effects or quality complaints of prescription drugs to the FDA. Visit www.fda.gov/medwatch, or call 1-800-FDA-1088. Should your tweet include a reportable adverse event, we would be required to store and use information that may include, but is not limited to, your name and health information, in accordance with applicable laws. This information will be submitted to Bayer’s Global Pharmacovigilance department and to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
