Bayer Indonesia Received Great Place to Work 2021 Certification
- The appreciation was given based on the staff testimony and statement about their working experience at Bayer Indonesia.

Jakarta, 14 December 2021 – Bayer Indonesia, a global enterprise with core competences in the areas of healthcare and agriculture, recently received “Great Place to Work 2021”. This achievement makes Bayer Indonesia as one of the global companies that put employees at the heart of the organization.

Great Place to Work® certification is based on employee’s survey with Trust Index© method that measures their satisfaction and trust levels while working at Bayer based on management ability, employee relations and job performance indicators.
The survey consists of five important indicators: credibility (level of trust in management credibility), respect (feeling of being valued), fairness (equal and fair treatment), pride (pride working in the company), and camaraderie (togetherness), and 20 focus area’s assessment. Bayer Indonesia received the highest score on four main areas: justice, corporate image, pride, personal job; with each scores 90 percent:
- Justice shows that Bayer Indonesia treats its employees fairly regardless of their race, gender and age.
- Corporate image confirms that the employees are satisfied with Bayer Indonesia’s contribution to the society.
- Pride proves that the employees are proud to tell others, that they are working at Bayer Indonesia.
- Personal job verifies that the employees feel that their job has special meaning – “not just a job” and they can make a difference.
The survey involved 1.011 Bayer Indonesia’s employees and 92 percent considers Bayer as “a great place to work”.
