Bangkok, Thailand: Ms. JinA Lee, Managing Director of Bayer Thai Co., Ltd, received Thai Chamber of Commerce Business Ethics Standard Test Awards (TCC BEST Award) 2022 from Mr. Sanan Angubolkul, Chairman of The Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Trade, at the 20^th TCC Best Awards 2022, organized by Thai Chamber of Commerce, on 7^th December 2022, at University of Thai Chamber of Commerce. 
 

Ms. JinA said that Bayer Thai is honor to receive this award from Thai Chamber of Commerce as it testified our commitment to conduct business with good governance throughout our operation in Thailand since our inception in 1962. This year, we mark 60 years of Bayer in Thailand and we continue to adhere to corporate governance principles, and we are committed to being a good corporate citizen and to conduct business in an ethical manner and act with integrity. 

“At Bayer, it is essential for us to conduct our businesses in accordance with laws, internal policies and ethical principles. We are also committed to the highest level of ethical conduct that all employees, consultants and suppliers are requires to fully comply with in every aspect. Our Corporate Governance policy and practice don’t not apply only to the Bayer Management team, and employees but also to our business partners like vendors, suppliers, and customers,” said Ms. JinA. 

Thai Chamber of Commerce presents the Thai Chamber of Commerce Business Ethics Standard Test Awards (TCC BEST Award) to recognize Thai private sector and business entrepreneurs who uphold business principles on the basis of ethics and good governance and taking into account all stakeholders in order to create long-term business sustainability. This year, TCC BEST Award was given to 23 companies and 27 companies were received the Thai Chamber of Commerce Ethics Club Brooch.
