There are two things that Bayer and growers both value highly: farming and family. That's why we find it vital to bring on members to #TeamBayer that truly understand those qualities, like Emily and her brother Tyler. Both are not only Bayer employees, but also work together on their family farm, helping to bring valuable insight on the life of farmers. #IFarmToo

At Bayer, we’re proud to be made up of great employees like Nicholas Helland, a 7th generation farmer from Central Iowa. Nicholas, like so many of our employees, shares a common passion agriculture with our growers because of his lived experiences. He understands the challenges faced every year and wants to use his passion to give farmers the tools and information that will make them more successful.

The roots run deep with the Deverman family farm in Greenview, Illinois. Their farm has been in the family for more than 160 years. Our very own Brian Deverman grew up on this farm and to this day stays involved in the management of the land and decision making.

With Brian’s experience on the farm and his 23-year career in agriculture, he knows what makes a difference for farmers. #IFarmToo #TeamBayer

After being born, the first place Katie Brenny went was her family’s farm. All these years later, Katie is bringing her wealth of knowledge as a 5th generation farmer to her role as a Regional Sales Development Manager and serving the growers of the Midwest. #IFarmToo

Technical Agronomist Cody Hornaday grew up on a small family farm where he developed his passion for agriculture. Nowadays, he has his own farm in south central Indiana.

Cody uses his experiences to help identify the challenges our customers face throughout the seasons. Thanks to a lot of our employees who are farmers themselves Bayer can assist growers in becoming even more successful. #IFarmToo #TeamBayer
